    Hey guys! I'm a little late to the introductions but I wanted to pop in and say hi! My name's Linda and am married with no kids.

    Next week I'm FINALLY getting braces. This is going to be a challenge for my healthy eating practices as certain foods have to be avoided during the two years of my treatment. So my goal is to find and maintain my healthy eating habits and push myself to work out more than I have been to melt the rest of these 20 pounds off.

    Hi I'm Matt from Canada. Finally looking forward to Valentine's Day because of this :) I didn't realize there was a group to join when I saw the post for this the other week oops.

    Nonetheless I've lost 2 lbs since committing and I've been doing quite well keeping my macros and cals in check. Good luck everyone!!

    Haha, talk about late. I went back to check all your progress on the original post and realized it was gone and I should be looking for this group!
    so here I am, hopefully better late than never.
    I'm Kim, 30, from Michigan. Losing weight so I can do all the awesome fun things I want to do with my family. And I agree, once we all meet the Valentines Day goal we should make a new one! It's really helpful to have a smaller group with a smaller goal to see how everyone's doing.
