Keep Falling Off The Wagon!

I have been trying to diet for about a year and have lost about 10 pounds. When I have the will power to diet, I do great but when instead of having a cheat meal or a cheat day, I start to fall off the wagon and it is so hard to climb back on. I ask my husband not to bring home food or ask me if I want fast food, but he thinks he is making me happy by feeding me. I feel like a need a sponsor sometimes like that have in AA. I need help, ideas, or tips on how to stay on the diet for good!
