My name is Jess and I'm from Canada. I was diagnosed with PCOS in Nov 2012. And I am also a bride to be. I would like to lose between 100-120lbs before my wedding.....and I've learned with PCOS this can be hard. So I'm hoping to be apart of this group to encourage others and learn some tips n tricks.

    Hi Jess! Welcome to the group. We are all here to support you. I struggle with other aspects of PCOS besides weight loss, but there are other ladies on here with PCOS who have lost tons of weight! Everyone is very kind and inspiring.

    Congratulations on your engagement, and on taking the first step in having a long healthy life with him :-)
