Hello. I'm Slimcerely Sherry I have 110 pounds more to lose. I had lost 73 but gained some back, now I've lost 40.
I'm 57, married, Grandma and I am tired of being tired. I want to get back to walking on the treadmill. I'm only
able to walk like 10 min.

  • you can do this.. 10 minutes is a good start. you will be walking longer times soon.
    I started out walking from the house to the end of my drive way and now I have built up to walking at least 10 minutes and up to 20 minutes depending on how bad my back is hurting..I am glad you joined.. we all need support
