Got my info in... been a rough couple of weeks, my husband just deployed thursday so needless to say I have been stressed out... but ill be back at it and I try to remember to get back on here, its a pain i cant get on the boards from the app!!!!0

I'm thinking a "minutes exercised" for April. Since the minimum goal is 30 minutes 3 times a week, we could easily get over 6 hours into April! :-D0 -

I cut 1200 k/cals outta my day to see what happens.0

I was bouncing in the same few pounds for a while. I changed from "lose 1 lb per week" to "lose 1.5 lbs per week". It wasn't a big change and if it even JUST allows me to lose 1 per week, it may have been what my body needed, since it's been responding to it.0

So what is going to be our challenge for april???0

Our challenge for April is.... 90 minutes per week!
What we're shooting for is 30 minutes, 3 times a week (or 45 twice, however it works best for you). We can also track a starting weight and end weight (or just a "I lost this much weight" if you don't want to put your actual weight on here).
So if we get our normal participation levels, we should be able to rack up between 540 to 900 minutes per week alone! I'll create a tracker by the end of today to track these and will post the link in here. :-D I got my "30" in yesterday helping my nephew move, I think I'm good for just about the rest of the month now! lol.0 -

There is a spot for you to put your initial weight and your current weight if you'd like. If not, you can put only your weight lost, but you don't even need that much if you don't want to put it in.
Simply put in how many minutes per day you've exercised and the sheet takes care of the rest!
