Is there such a thing as too much fiber?

I've always had to watch my fiber intake to ensure I was getting enough fiber in my diet. I've even had to drink fiber drinks and take medicine for it... now that I'm living healthier, I've noticed I have a lot more of it in my diet. And my diary log was actually showing that I was eating too much fiber. I thought to myself.. is that even possible? And lo and behold, it is.

  • I didn't realize you could have too much fiber either! Thought it was one of those things like vegetables that you couldn't have enough of. Thanks for this info.
