Have any of you used the app while bike riding? Just curious...

I haven't used it bike riding but see no reason why you couldn't. Only thing is I read that for the Zombie chase to work you can't be going faster than a certain speed, can't remember what it is now but think it might have been 15mph.

I'd be a little nervous to wear headphones while riding in the street, but I live in the city and drivers are a little aggressive and have been know to do u-turns right through the bike lanes, so I really need to stay alert. But otherwise, yes, the app will work and I believe the same rules apply -- in order to outrun zombies, you must increase your speed by 20 (or is it 30)%)

Here I found the info on speed criteria in order to use zombie chases (https://www.zombiesrungame.com/support/):

    Quote:

    "Chase Criteria

In order to get zombie chases, you need to fulfil the following criteria:

You must be running the latest version of Zombies, Run!
If using GPS mode, your GPS must have a fix
You must have Zombie Chases turned on
You must be moving faster than 3.5km/h
You must be moving slower than 15km/h"

I used it on the bike but I turned zombie chase off. I've injured my knees somehow so I wanted to give them a break. I got some supplies so I was happy. I've been using the 5k app so not gaining anything.

It still tells you to run so I would just kick the bike into high gear so to speak.
