During the cold winter months, do you have a go to workout?

For myself, I spend a lot of time on the treadmill (boring). I am also doing Pilates, yoga and have taken a couple of zumba classes.

    Exercise DVDs on certain nights and the gym on others. Treadmill plus some strength training now. =)

    I like boot camp classes, but there is always the dreadmill to fall back on.

    Recumbent bike and weights! I will be starting a Yoga class starting in a few weeks.
