    Stairs. From the look of his "box" one stair is a starter, two stairs is full box.

    You could use the curb on the street...the neighbors might think your crazy, but others opinions are generally overated anyway.

    Hoo-hoo-hoo-HOOOO!! My glutes are screaming from leg presses a few days ago. This loosened them up beautifully! I may pay for it tomorrow....
