Just curious for comparison, especially for those that have already had success with turbo fire. I'm getting my dvds in the next week or so.
I'm 5'2", 151.5 lbs, have an ACTIVE job- move all day (i'm a medical assistant in a busy clinic).
I spent most of last year maintaining on 2100-2500 gross calories. I wear a bodymedia fit so I do know what my TDEE is for sure. During the last three weeks that I've been doing cardio kick boxing turbo fire/ jam / michelle dozios dvds 5 days a week an hour at a time I've been burning anywhere from 2600-2800 a day. I'm taking a 5% margin of error off my average burn and eating a 20-25% cut, so shooting for 1800-1900 a day with a spike day a week up to 2400 (which is my average TDEE from the last few weeks of this current exercise level/ what i expect turbo fire to be). I've only been doing that for three weeks, so not long enough to know whether it's working and is my "magic" number to lose this last 5-10 lbs of fat I'd like to shed or not.
Anyone else?
