2nd time doing them. We did 10 sets of doubles increasing the weight 5-15 lb. jumps til you reached your max for doubles. I started at 245 lbs. Whats the secret to getting better with this? Reached 300 lbs and my core was shot on the second rep but I still got it. I thought I would be able to do more than that. So anything I can do to get stronger on these?

Front squats are difficult for me because of wrist mobility but I'm still doing body weight+125lbs. I think just more volume with less weight, lots of plank type work and a heap of stretching.0
