Hello strong ladies!
I'm new to this forum. I have been seeing a trainer for a while at the gym who has taught me the right form for many different lifts. I've been feeling pretty badass, and I'm looking forward to starting Strong Lifts 5x5.
I was wondering if any of you ladies have had any experience with weight lifting while pregnant. I know that I shouldn't be trying to lift anything too too heavy (I've read I should be aiming for 15% off my max as my pregnancy progresses).
I'd love to hear about any tips or experiences anyone can share.

I have friends who have, but my understanding is that you can do anything that's normal activity for you, meaning stuff you've been doing consistently for months (6?). And you should probably stay away from super heavy reps (which, SL is not, so you're fine). I've never heard how much you should deload by, but 15-20% seems safe anyway.0

Thanks Tameko. Yeah, I haven't been doing anything that I haven't done before, and the weights for Strong Lifts are much lower than I have been lifting at...0
