Hello Guys

Just playing around with the site and found groups, so thought I'd join and see if this can keep my accountability level up.

My name is Greg, and I'm in Raleigh. 42 years old and looking to lose about 50-60 lbs or so. Depends on whether or not I want to go by all the "charts" that say what I should be.

I work in Durham. Workout about an hour every day. Combination of home workouts using Xbox 360 w/ kinect and a fitness kickboxing class

    Hello Greg, I'm Noelle, I live in Raleigh too! I work out like 3-5 times a week at Lifetime fitness, and I work in N. Raleigh at a Middle Eastern Restaurant.

    Hello! My name is Craig and I am 37 years old I live in the East Raleigh / Knightdale area. I workout 3-4 times per week. I lost about 40 lbs and looking to loose 40-50 more. I workout in the gym and at home with DVDs.

    Hi guys, forgot to recheck this after my initial post

    I live in N Raleigh, work in Durham

    Workouts right now consist of two workouts at home using the Xbox w/ Kinect .. UFC Trainer, and Nike + Trainer

    2 or 3 nights a week doing Fitness Kickboxing at RIMA ( corner of falls of neuse and six forks )

    Also just joined Rapid Fitness, so going there for extra cardio, and going to try the BodyCombat class they offer
  • Ever consider adding strength training to you cardio? It'll help you retain muscle mass while you shed body fat.

    Yeah.. I have been thinking of it.... That was one reason for joining the gym... The class I am starting there next week, goes onto the floor for strength training after the class.. So definitely will be adding that
