Hey fellow SHH!!! members!!! I find that things that work for one may not work for another. But then again, sometimes it does. What have you found to make a healthier lifestyle either easier of more enjoyable? For me, one of the things that makes it easier for me is doing at least most of the food portion of my diary the night before. It gives me a working framework for where my nutritional values are. Plus I actually look forward to thinking about what I am going to eat the next day. :-/
