Hi *waves* I am starting this week too :flowerforyou: I guess working out in the cold finally caught up with me. I have a pulled calf muscle and couldn't get my workout on. I hope to be back tomro. I got a paper on thyriod issues from my pharmacy and guess who fit the discription for 7 of the 10 items. :grumble: Guess I will be calling my doctor and setting up an appointment. I do want to look into natural treatments if anything is amiss. I have mixed emotions about it, part of me wants something to be wrong so I can make it right and lose this weight. Part of me wants it to be wrong and it just be that I am not doing something right so I don't have to pop any pills. I will just have to wait and see what the doc says. I will have them check everything so if it's not thyroid then I can rule out hormones too. :frown: I really hope you ladies are pushing play, your hard work will pay off!!!!!!!

Vini, I completely understand where you're coming from. Potential health problems are a real pain. I was wondering if all the hormones they have me on now are messing with my weight, since I seem to juggle 3-4 lbs every couple of weeks. It's always a good idea to get yourself checked out., though, so good for you! Hopefully you Dr can give you some answers!

As for me, the woman downstairs has not left her apartment for 3 freaking days. I went for a hike on Saturday, but haven't done anything since. I want to do my TF sooo bad, but that woman is not understanding at all. I actually talked to her last week about it, and she told me that I should consider myself lucky that she doesn't complain to management and get me thrown out for "jumping around like an elephant". I asked her if there was some way we could arrange a schedule so that I could have JUST AN HOUR per day to work out, and she told me flat out NO. I'm at my wits end with this woman.

Hi ladies! I'm beginning to feel like me again. Things are getting back to my current state of "normal" and Hubby should be overseas soon so the family drama is mellowing some.

I intend to lose another 7 pounds by my birthday in early March - I'd like to get back to the 150s by then. My nutritional goal during this time is to focus on lean protein and complex carbs, minimizing my refined carbs some. I love my carbs...I'm eating oven roasted potatoes right now! I can already tell that I'm going to have to keep my dark chocolate squares on me though. I need my chocolate, and deprivation of the glorious cocoa bean is just a no-no, so after work, I'll be headed to either the Godiva store or the grocery store to stock up!

Vini, I'm sorry. I hope that it's something that can just be fixed with monitoring and natural remedies.

Jeni that's really messed up. You pay your rent just like she does and you're trying to work something out. She's lucky that YOU'RE not the one calling management (unless she's one of their relatives or something). I really hope things change soon.

Thanks again ladies for your support and patience while I was getting my head back together. It'll probably happen again, but thanks to my Turbo Friends and MFP, I was able to maintain my weightloss during this wacky hiatus. Ttys!

Hey, I did push play today. I did fire 45 and ab burner. I did pretty good and my leg only seemed to bother me in the warm up, once warm though I was fine. I have been keeping heat on it to make sure it dosn't cramp. It just feels tight when walking but better. Jeni, I am sure that your body is all out of wack. Even if you were on a short amount of anything it all effects you. So sorry bout the ladies downstairs. How is she when you run on the tread mill? I was wondering how much of that she hears but dosn't hit the ceiling. It just really sucks but atleast you are trying to keep active. :) CK Glad you are checking in with us and getting back at it girl!! You and Stel have march b-days so we are going to be a partying group coming soon. :) Missing the rest of our group. Hope they will be checking in soon. Keep pushing play!!!

    Hey ladies,

Vini, the treadmill is in the gym across the street, so she's not bothered by it at all. It looks like I'm going to end up going over there a lot, lol. Today I had IUI #3, and my doctor told me that it will be the last one she's willing to do before moving us on to IVF... which I am NOT looking forward to. I really hope this one works *fingers crossed*

Keep pushing play!!!!

    Good morning ladies!

Great to see you back, Connie!

Jeni~ Praying for your IUI, hoping it takes this time around.

Vin~ I'm still not used to your new profile pic. Everytime I see it, I initially think "who is this person?" I got so used to seeing the pic of your kids. but I like it...you're a fellow coffee drinker! I hope the docs can figure out what's wrong. Praying for good health news for you.

Today is my last day of Week 8! Yay! I have surpassed my previous length attempt of P90X. I intend to finish through the 20 weeks and still deciding what to do next. I look forward to my 1st HIIT tomorrow. It's been a long month without it!

I hope you're all pressing play in some form or another! Have a great Wednesday!!

Hi all, I did CLX burn circut 2 and a stretch 10 today. I did make an appointment with my family doctor's office. What a bunch of crap, I may change and go with my obgyn. I atleast trust her. I was on the phone for 25 mins, they told me they were treating me like a new patienct since I haven't been in to see them since 2008!!! I have an apponiment on feb 12th to see a PA. The doctor couldn't see me till end march.(they have 6 doctors) The PA is to let me know if I should go for blood work before I have the appoinment. Ugh!!!! I said is this normal for me to be seen by my family doctor or should I go to my obgyn? The stupid lady said oh well who is your family doctor? I could have reached trough the phone an strangled her. REALLY!!!! You are my family doctor!! I knew there was a reason I avoid going there. :( ok done venting! Thanks stel, I miss seeing my babies when I sign in but I do like coffee, even more since it's cold out. I have a friend who changes her pic everyday so I am always like who is this person???? LOL, I guess some people like to change it up. Keep up the good work!!!!

Well, my Dr. called and told me that my thyroid hormone has been screwed up for the past 2 months. They want me to do more blood work on Monday, and then they might put me on meds for it. That came out of NOWHERE. It might have been nice for them to tell me that previously >.> *sigh* This week has been incredibly busy, so I haven't done TF all week. I'm hoping to go on a 5-mile hike tomorrow if the weather is good.

Vini- That sounds messed up O.o Can you change doctors?
