Ugg.. I did this in JANUARY LOL... I was at the point of 85 crunches (can't do situps bc it hurts my tailbone), 30 pushups and then 2m 15s plank today. There's a different workout set like this each month. The FabAbs in Jan is what this one was. I'll have to see what the Feb set is and try that along with ya'll.0

I can do sit ups/crunches, but the rest isn't good for someone who had a broken wrist. Im not strong enough to do one handed push-ups. I was trying to do modified ones of those at the beginning of last week, but dropped it after 3 days. I guess I'll stick to diet and more cardio, less strength training.0
