Food Diary

Question for everyone.

How do you set up your food diary? I currently use the generic breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks, but am looking at other ways to set it up.

Any suggestions would be great!

    I just use the MFP as a food tracker. I'm a keen believer of if you can measure, you can improve (or in our case, control and decrease). Knowing that I am measuring makes me consciously aware, and less inclined to eat without need.

    Mine is set up for the way I eat. I have Breakfast, Morning, Lunch, Afternoon, Dinner and then Snacks. I eat smaller meals throughout the day so this is what made sense for me. It all depends on your needs.

    Yes, I have breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, evening snack. That seems to work well for me. That way I can look back and see what times of the day tend to be a problem for me.
