Q: How do I change my diary settings?

A: To change your diary settings from the My Home page
Go to Settings>Diary Settings>Diary Sharing> select Friends Only.

Q: How do I add a friend to My Fitness Pal
A: From the My Home page click on Friends (it is in the blue bar) When the friend page comes up click Add Friends by email. Enter their email and a friend request will be sent to them. Once they confirm your request you will be friends.

You can also send friend requests by looking at your friends friends and sending a request.

To do this click on a friend’s name under the Friend tab. This will take you to their page. On the lower left side of the page there is a block that says “username” friends. Click on the link and you will see all their friends. To send a friend request all you need to do is click on their name and click on Add Friend

Q: How do I adjust my goals for Protein, Carbs and Fat?
A:Go to your home page and click on goals, then change goals. Select custom settings. then adjust the percentages for Protein, Carbs, and Fat until you get the desired amounts. You may need to adjust each one more than once. click save.

Q: How do I update the meal names and add more in?
A: From the home page go to settings in the blue bar. Then go to Diary Settings. Then click on Meal Names. You can have up to five "meals"
