Pants tailoring?

I just remembered something good and thought I'd share.
I had been planning and complaining that I will have to buy clothes TWICe during my weight loss becaus they will get too loose before I reach my goal weight and so I'll only allow myself two pair on clearance at that time.
THen I remembered I get free tailoring with my new credit card, up to 100 dollars so assuming I dont cut up that card or close the account when i pay it off i think that tailoring will still be available to me once I lose enough to need it. I hope it will be a cheaper solution and my current new-ish pants will look okay for awhile that way. or at least i could wear long shirts over them i guess if they are a little weird fitting.
Anyone else have ideas for stretching wardrobe or extending pants use as long as possible?

Thrift shops, clearance, and the back of my closet are my go-tos for slimmer things now that I've finally started losing.0
