Is anyone going to do a Ramblin Rose this season? I've commited with some friends to do the May 5th event but I dont bike or swim (yet)...will definately start getting more mileage out of our great YMCAs here.

    Hi! Great timing for this thread--today I registered for the Rock Hill race on July 14.

    Im thinking about the CRB run too. Last year was my first and it was fun! I mapped out an overlapping training plan for both events and it seems doable!!
