It has been five days since i started my 6 weeks fitness and eating plan. i have done strength training two day and aerobic four of those days. I have started getting up at 6:00 AM to go to the gym. This is hard but I have made a promise to myself to do this. I am already feeling better! My goal is to lose 5 to 6 pounds by the end of February.
