I have been exercising, and under my calories everyday, yet i've been stalled for several days. I know it's normal but it's frustrating. I have a hard time keeping up with my plan, when i'm not seeing results. Although I have to admit my measurements have gone down.

So, measurements are smaller. That's definately results. We, as a society, are so obsessed with the number on the scale. I would much rather have my measurements get smaller than the number on the scale. That's a tangible change. The scale is so finicky. I am addicted to my scale but I also measure my progress thru the way I feel, look, and the numbers on the tape measure. Keep your chin up. You are doing an amazing job!0
