Chart to track protein, carbs and fat grams on LCD & HC days

Hello everyone! .I was having problems with keeping track of my carbs, protein and fat grams last week and my calories were low for my high carb days. So being me I decided to make a chart that should help me see at a glance what kind of days I had...it gives what is supposed to be your grams for high carb and low carb...It also has a place for calories and your weight. If anyone is interested I will be happy to send you this chart. Just message me with your email address...it's on an excel program. It only tracks high and low carbs, until I find away to track free days and slingshot weeks. Thought this maybe helpful to you.
