Under calories for day

When you find that you're under your calories for the day, do you try to catch up in the evening? Or do you just accept it and start again tomorrow? I'm almost 400 under somehow today, but I'm just not hungry. It makes me feel guilty though. This doesn't happen very often, so I know I shouldn't worry too much. Just curious what you ladies do in this situation.

    Don't worry about it! Your body will let you know if it needs more energy!

    I just try to keep the calories for the week in a good range. I have days that I can barely handle eating anything, and other days that I could eat the table! I won't make myself eat when I m having a no food day since that extra food usually comes right back up anyway!
