2 mile walk was all I could accomplish tonight. TOM and I'm hurting. Shred will have to wait till tomorrow.

Great walk! Everyone's TOM is different - I wanted to share this but thought it would be TMI - I got it 2 weeks ago, I kept doing the 30DS and it actually shortened my cycle from 5 days to 3 days! Unless your dizzy or are having heavy (like Menorrhagia which can happen when you lose a lot of weight), it's worth a shot. I found it pretty much ended cramps since doing this last year.
I did 30DS today, L1 & L2. I've been feeling pretty blue, probably cause of the weather and found it hard to get myself to do this workout. Proud of myself that I did it, let alone 2 levels!
