I had a head cold and I have to take a break from Zumba because it aggravates my back and now I have a sinus infection. The worst Is that I had another global amnesia episode. there is no clear reason why people get them . they usually get one or two... this is my second one in 9 months. They are pretty freaky but the worst part is the fatigue and migraine afterwards. I lost 2 days because of it.
I know there are worse things in life but the number of things that interfere with my goals, are adding up as I age. tonight I m feeling a bit sorry for myself and tomorrow i will get back on my positive/ glass half-full way of thinking. But tonight....BLAHHHHH!!!
