Baked Buffalo Wings
Ingredients
3 pounds drumettes and wings
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon butter
6 sprigs fresh thyme
10 garlic cloves, crushed
3/4 cup hot sauce
For blue cheese dip:
1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
Scallions to garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F, and lightly grease an oven-proof pan.
In a large bowl, generously season drumettes and wings with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
In a sauté pan over low heat, melt butter. Add thyme and garlic and allow to simmer for 3 minutes. Once thyme and garlic become aromatic, add hot sauce and stir.
Pour entire mixture over chicken and toss to coat. Allow wings to marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine blue cheese and low-fat Greek yogurt in a small bowl. Mix well, and refrigerate.
Transfer chicken to oven-proof baking dish and place in oven. Bake for 30 minutes; with tongs or a fork, flip and baste wings.
Bake for 25 minutes more, occasionally basting wings while they're in the oven.
Remove pan from oven, and allow wings to slightly cool in pan. Baste with juices, and serve with blue cheese dip!

YUMMM!!! I wonder what you could substitute the blue cheese for... I am not a blue cheese gal, maybe just some seasonings?!0 -

Do you like ranch? You could mix a packet of ranch seasoning with low fat sour cream. It's not your typically runny dip but it would be tasty!0 -
I enjoy humus and pita chips.

Mmmmm...I love Hummus! Can not wait for the recipe
Ingredients:
1 can Chickpeas
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cumin
I also add about 1 tbsp of Garlic and Chili Powder to taste
I blend all the ingredients together in my magic bullet. Sometimes it is thick so I add water until I get the consistency I want! Super easy, so healthy and way better than eating the extra ingredients that are in the store bought hummus! You can keep the hummus for about 3 days refrigerated in an air tight container.0 -

Creamy dips and Super Bowl Sunday go together like fireworks and the Fourth of July -- bonus points if the dip is guilt-free. So having this delicious dip at your party is like getting a touchdown and then nailing the two-point conversion. SCORE!!!
Ingredients:
One 8-oz. tub fat-free cream cheese
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. reduced-fat Parmesan-style grated topping
1 tsp. chopped garlic
Two 14-oz. cans whole artichoke hearts packed in water, drained and chopped
1/3 cup jarred jalapeño slices, drained and finely chopped
Directions:
Place cream cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl, and stir until smooth. Add sour cream, mayo, mozzarella cheese, Parm-style topping, and chopped garlic. Mix thoroughly.
Stir in chopped artichoke hearts and chopped jalapeño slices. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Stir well. Microwave for another 2 minutes, or until hot. Yum!
