Calculating calories in homemade milks

Do you guys know how to figure out the amount of calories in homemade milks? I've been making my own almond and oat milks but I have no idea how to calculate the nutritional info.
For example, my oat milk uses one cup of oats and four cups of water, but I'm not sure how much of the oats' calories stay with the pulp when it's strained, versus what remains in the liquid.
Any vegan food scientists out there?
