What to expect

What should I expect for results in the first couple weeks? I feel like maybe my expectations are too high, I'm not seeing changes but I'm always sore

Take pictures and measurements is always a good thing. Sometimes the scale doesn't show, that's why I've put mine away and haven't stepped on it in awhile. Has your stamina increase? I can tell you from starting turbofire that my stamina has gone up. I could barely make it through the workouts without having to modify or stop to catch my breath. Now I can easily keep going. I still modify when needed but hope as I progress I become better.0

Yeah I think it depends on how much fat you have to lose. I'd think if you don't have much, you'd see changes quickly. If you have a lot it may be slower b/c the muscle needs time to build. I really dunno though just guessing.0

The scale started to move for me in the 2nd month when it's all cardio and no HIIT's. I lost 2 lbs and lots of inches in the 1st month and in the 2nd month, I have lost an additional 6 lbs and I have yet to measure for inches lost . I'll be doing that at the end of this week. I start Week 9 on Thursday.
I have a lot of weight to lose. I'm only 5'1" and I have 42 lbs more to go. My clothes fit much better and I can see a difference in myself and I'm still waiting to hear responses from extended family and friends.
Good luck and be patient. Effort now, results later.0 -
The other girls have given you great suggestions. The only thing I have to add is make sure you keep your diet on track. Stick with it and you will see results!
These are my personal results so far. I'm 5'8" my starting weight was 161 (higher end of healthy bmi), currest weight 142.4(middle of healthy bm rangei). Month 1 Turbofire = -9 lbs and -6 inches. Month 2 Turbofire = -3lbs and -5 inches. I've lost around another 6 lbs since week 8. I get to take my 12 week photos and progress measurements on Sunday! I'm very excited to send my fitness transformation story to beachbody (and get my free shirt)!
Some NSV's(non scale victories) since starting Turbofire: More energy! I used to have a habit of using (the low carb, but still bad for you) energy drinks to get me through my 12 hours at work, but I haven't needed any since I started.
Less pain! My soreness, stiffness and headaches are almost non-exsistent. I used to take otc pain relievers 2x's a week for a headache or back pain after work.
Finally down a pants size!
Better mood and a positive attitude!
Look forward to working out!
