"Fabulous February" Challenge

Hey ladies! I thought it might be fun to get a group of us together to support eachother through out the month of February to reach our goals, whether they are fitness, mental, or anything else...

I'm on a journey throughout this pregnancy to be a more positive person. I'm restricted on what I can do physically throughout the pregnancy, so I'm turning to more mental goals and my goal for February is to strengthen my relationship with my spouse. My honey is in graduate school full time and I'm working to support our family. By the time we get home at night we are usually tired and grumpy (which isn't good for us or our toddler) - but this upcoming month I'm going to give it 110% to be HAPPY when he gets home and try to cut down on my complaints.

Anyone with me? Jot down what some of your goals are for the next month and let's check in and give each other advice on becoming the women we are striving to be!

    Sounds great to me!!

    I'm right there with you about being a "happier" person. I feel like over all i'm usually happy, but with all of these issues that keep coming up with my health throughout this pregnancy, i've become internally more bitter. Like you, not good for my marriage or my 3yr old. I keep most of it to myself, but my fuse keeps getting shorter and shorter. I feel like a meanie more than I would ever want to.

    So yes a goal to be happy and anxiety free in February would be good for me. :)
