Can't believe I ate the whole thing. Nah, I believe it.

Had a good day. Managed my food pretty well, didnt snack throughout the day. Had plenty of calories left after dinner, over 300. Then had some drama and inhaled an entire box of whoppers. Of course it didnt fix the real issue at hand and THEN I feel like crap because I ate all that candy AND I feel physically ill because I DID eat all that candy.

  • I totally get where you are coming from. Hope you're doing better today. Don't let one bad day derail your progress. You can do it!

    Oh yes, I do, thanks.
    Drama is my downfall.
    That, and whoppers apparently.

Must be something in the air. I did fine until I went to one of those volunteer fire department fish fries. I ate shrimp, fries, drank a huge regular-not-diet Dr. Pepper, and that, coupled with virtually no exercise today (shopping for groceries, etc.) put me right over the limit in *one* sitting. Plus, I feel totally bloated after all that carbonation. I've only been here for a couple of weeks but it seems like I can't handle that sort of intake any more. Blarg.

    We'll redeem ourselves tomorrow!

Fries are a weakness for me. Hot and crispy with ketchup....:blushing:

I get up everyday thinking its a new start. Sometimes it even works out

Have you tried the green bean recipe posted somewhere on this site? I think you toss frozen green beans w/a little olive oil, salt them, and bake them on a cookie sheet until crispy, then serve w/ketchup? The poster swears that she and her kids love them and they're like french fries. That one sounded very good to me. If you're interested, I can do a search.

@gypsy - I do the veggies fries from Hungry Girl, but when I'm in one of THOSE times, nothing but greasy fries will do it.

Today. My morning went great, right into the afternoon. Then everything blew up and my day slipped right into the crapper. No damn willpower. Went for my usual meltdown fix (BK veggie burger) but was waaaay out of control and followed it up with chocolate and a strong rum & coke. Ended some 600 calories over. FTW
Glad my day is OVER OVER OVER
