    Well done everyone on your losses to far!! I gained haha!

    SW: 185/187 (depending on the scales!)

    CW: 189! + 2-4lbs

    I am blaming it MOSTLY on it being girlie time and a little bit on overindulging at the weekend.. however, I was under my calorie target the rest of the week and most certainly didn't eat the extra 7000 - 14'000 calories on top of my BMR that I would need to in order to gain 2-4lbs haha!

    Some NSVs though: I've lost an additional total of 4 inches (combined) from my waist/hips/thighs and my bench press has gone up from 3 sets, 10 reps of 10kg, to 3 sets, 12 reps of 15kg :)
  • GREAT JOB everybody....So proud of you. So I started off at 144......I weighed myself on Monday on Monday cause that was my weigh in day but now I'm gonna switch it to Wednesday. Well Monday the scale said 143 so I lost 1 lb......BUT today I thought what the heck I will weight myself again and it said 144 so apparently I didn't lose anything? I'm thinking it's the scale...I'm not gonna stress over it we will find out what I am next week......Keep up the good work.

    1/30: 147 lbs.

    I weighed myself earlier than usual today (before breakfast) so it's probably closer to 148 than the 147.0 it was just now. Either way, I'm excited to have (apparently) left the 150s behind! And when my hand weights arrive and I can really get my exercise routine established... Look out world!

    Well my weight usually goes up by 2-3lbs when I way during that time so not fretting! Focusing on the non scale victories to stay motivated and hoping to see a nice loss next week instead :)

    Have you all been making sure you get all your water in? I've noticed that really helps with the TOM bloating and everything for me! :)

    Thanks girls :) I've really slacked with the water this week actually, that is such a good point! Halfway through my 2L for today though so will be super good and hopefully that will help with next week :) Well done everyone, such great losses!!

    Well I am still at 147.8. On Saturday I was down a pound (146.6) and then started 30 Day Shred and my weight has gone up since starting that. I gained back the extra pound I lost, plus one more (148.6). I am assuming the weight gain has been from water retention with the new workout. This morning I was down a pound, but that put me back at my starting weight of 147.8. Hoping to see better results this week now that my body seems to be getting used to the workout.

    Congrats to everyone on your weight losses, you are all doing fantastic!

    My weigh-ins are on Mondays so we'll see what the scale says. I wouldn't be surprised with a gain at my next weigh-in because 5.4 pounds seems like a LOT to lose in a week. We'll see...

    Current goal weight: 200 lbs (yes I know, that's still overweight but one thing at a time :)

    Like another poster said, I would not be surprised if that doesn't continue, it's much more than I was expecting -- I am on track to lose about a pound a week, but I guess I had an active week this week. I have a lot more to lose than some of you do though!

    I typically weigh in on Sundays so that's when that # was from... I'll let ya all know what happens next Sunday! I am so impressed with all of you on here who are working hard at losing :)

    I also started out at 144. And I saw 143 on Monday so I thought I had lost a pound! Back up to 144 today though. Hoping for a big number next week, since I was super strict about diet and exercise all week.

    Gonna up my water and see if that helps :)
