Struggling with WOD's

Meaning I've notice that the schedule for the next day WOD comes up at 9pm the night before automatically on there site. I do power lifting too and I try to schedule that around my crossfit. Problem lately is I've noticed a lot more back work lately and it never fails that my dead lift days or back days or mixed in with the same at crossfit. Its like they clustered a lot of the same body part a few days in a row and I'm having a time trying to work my power lifting around it. I do 3 days of each alternating. UGH! Frustrated.

    I had the same problem. I asked my coaches if I could get the strength programming for like a week or so in advance and they didn't have a problem. Now I can plan my workouts to conicide with xfit. Maybe the folks at your box will be willing to do the same....

    I have the same issue as I CF Tues & Thurs and weight train on the other days. I just have to keep my lifting days fluid depending on what my WOD's were and sore I am. It's kinda frustrating not knowing in advance what my lifting days will consist of but on the other hand if I know in advance what our WOD will be I could possibly be tempted to skip it if I think it's gonna be too hard.
