                    My goals for February:
FITNESS: Stay under 1200 calories and work out (at least 30 minutes/day) 4 days a week
WORK: Submit my proposal for my practicum
SPIRITUALITY: Since Valentine's day is approaching, participate in a service project as a loving gift to help others
