New to xfit

Hello! I just started xfit a couple of weeks ago and so far am really enjoying it. I'm SO much weaker than I realized but I just keep going and trying. I did Cindy for my first WOD and just did Nancy last night.
Looking forward to learning more here!

  • I just started too. I really love that even though I was the last to finish in Monday's WOD by 4+ minutes, everyone was cheering for me the whole time.

    Now to lose enough weight (and gain enough strength) to do pull-ups. Someday...

    everyone was cheering for me the whole time.

    one HUGE thing i love about this - the team encouragement. nobody is like OMFG she took soooooooo long or she's soooooooo weak, everyone knows that it's hard for everyone. i love the bonding thing, it makes me want to go even more. :)
