Hello I am new to MFP and I have found a group for my WLS, I am going to Tijuana in April for the gastric sleeve, I would love to hear from folks in my hometown who have had any WLS. I am trying to lose 45lbs before surgery, it would save me $1000 if I can get my BMI below 49. I am signing up for the Y and have been working on my portion control and also the mental issues(emotional eating, being more aware of when and what I am eating). Would love to have any info or advice you all have to offer!:happy:
