Carb Cycling on a crazy schedule.

I have two jobs. Thursday thru Sunday I work overnight. On these days between the two jobs I am up at times for 24 hours straight. How can I carb cycle when Chris Powell suggests eating only five meals a day every three hours? I did Carb Cycling for four days and felt amazing. (a little tired on low carb days but I guess that is expected) I then gave up because my crazy 24 hour schedule began. Does anyone have any advice for me? I appreciate your help.

Michele :)

I don't have a crazy schedule like you... but having all your ducks in a row, and meals preplanned and preportioned would help alot I'm sure.

I'm assuming that you do get a chance to sleep eventually (even if it is after the 24 hours)... so, I would look at your calories as a whole for the week. I can help you come up with a plan... that might work. ;-)

So... What does an average week look like. Tell me work & sleep hours... and what day you will be weighing in, and when you would prefer your "fun day" to be.

On the outside looking in, I would initally just eat every 3-4 hours on your 24 hour work schedule... making sure that your first meal of the day is a HC meal.
