Don't do too much too soon, you don't want to burn out.
You and your body can't do everything.0 -
thanks ive come up with a plan where i chose two classes i wanted to do and also get my running/weights in and one swim a week.
MONDAY: EXERCISE CLASS: BOXFIT @9.30AM
TUESDAY: GYM: couch to 5k running (30 mins) then 40 min swim
WEDNESDAY: SWIMMING @ 1PM
THURSDAY: GYM: couch to 5k running (30 mins) then 40 min swim
FRIDAY: EXERCISE CLASS: LEGS,BUMS&TUMS @ 10.45AM-11.30AM
SATURDAY: GYM couch to 5k running (30 mins) then 40 min swim
SUNDAY: COMPLETE REST DAY
DOES THIS SOUND/LOOK GOOD?0 -
Wow it sounds ambitious! I like to keep things simple: Mon - Fri - Bikram Yoga (it is strength and cardio combined), Sat - hiking outdoors, Sun - rest. I may start doing some free weights at home in the evenings in Feb if I skip a yoga class.
My advise is find stuff you enjoy and do it often, so maybe once you've tried all the classes you will find some that really click for you...0 -
