Bench Press: 45
Squat: 45
OHP: 45
Deadlift: 80
Row: 65

Current Weights:
Bench Press: 55
Squat: 65
OHP: 50
Deadlift: 100
Row: 75

Haven't measured myself yet, plan to tomorrow at the end of my 2 week mark.

    Bench Press - 10kg.
    Squat - 15kg.
    OHP - 15kg.
    Deadlift - 15kg.
    Row - 20kg.

    Week 2.

    Bench Press - 15kg.
    Squat - 20kg.
    OHP - 18kg.
    Deadlift - 30kg.
    Row - 25kg.
