    Hi, My name is Dakota. I don't really have a certain time that I work out. I also like to mix it up. I do a.m and p.m. yoga; turbo jam; zumba and I go for walks. I like to do the a.m yoga when I wake up, so that I am centered for the day and have energy to start the day off right. Before I go to sleep I do the p.m. yoga which really relaxes you.
