Hello All,
My name is Felicia and Im a 31 yrs old mom to a wonderful 2 yr old boy. I decided I had enough, I knew it was time for a change when I stepped on the scale and realized, I weigh more than I did 9 months pregnant. After the birth of my son, my eating became habbits became horrible.
I owe it to myself and to my son to be the healhiest and happiest person I can be.
