2 weeks!

I would like to drop a few pounds in the next two weeks for an event. The problem is I'm on a plateau. What are your tips for dropping the 'last' few pounds? I would prefer not to 'detox' and get back to old unhealthy habits.

Hit the spin bike for 35 minute HIIT sessions, do 3 a day, for 2 weeks. You will drop weight. It s my go to plan that has always worked for me.0
