800 feet walked today...bicep and tricep work with dumbbells and pulleys, several different types of leg stretches and lifts

02/02. 5 miles - 5 mile fat burning walk
02/03 4 miles - 1 mile (5 really big miles) + 3 miles on the treadmill
02/04 5 miles - Walk it off and tone it up
02/05 1 mile - 4 mile power walk
02/06 5 miles - 5 day walk plan
02/07 2 miles on the treadmill
02/09 2 miles outside and 5 miles with Leslie (5mile fat burning walk)
02/11 5 miles - walk it off and tone it up
02/14 2 miles outside, 2 miles Belly blasting walk
02/15 2 miles Belly blasting walk
02/17 4 miles walk it off and tone it up, 2 miles belly blasting walk
02/19 4 miles outside
02/21 5 miles - ultimate 5 mile walk plan
02/23 5 miles - walk it off and tone it up
02/24 3 miles outside, 2 miles belly blasting walk

2/1 - 1 mile (with walking belt)
2/2 - 3 miles (with walking belt)
2/4 - 1.5 miles (with walking belt)
2/5 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights)
2/6 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights)
2/7 - 1+ mile (with walking belt) (22 minutes to get good part of video in)
2/8 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights) Only had time to get in 1 mile, so I jogged some during the walking parts.
2/9 - 2 miles (resistance band)
2/12 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights)
2/13 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights)
2/14 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights) (Jogged during cool down)
2/15 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights)
2/17 - 2 miles (resistance band)
2/19 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights)
2/20 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights)
2/23 - 3 miles (resistance band)
2/25 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights)
2/26 - 1 mile
2/27 - 1 mile (with 2lb weights)
Total = 25.5 miles; MET GOAL0 -

Sue - You are amazing. an inspiration for me. Keep up the good work and here is wishing you a speedy recovery from surgery.Sounds like EVERYONE here is racking up the miles...I'm proud of you!!!
I was sick so I hadn't been logging in. Hope to get back to it now...Doing PT and OT for approx. 2 hours a day. Dumbells, arm bike for
15 minutes, pulley machine, leg lifts and stretches, walking about 600 feet a day.It's challenging, but I have to do this before I can get
back to regular exercises.
Just wanted to give you an update...enjoy the rest of the month!!!

WE are almost there!! What a SUPER Group this month! You all have inspired me not to give up even though I missed several days of opportunities to walk. Had to push push push to the end but will never give up!

I am almost to my 60 mile February walk goal! I am currently at 51.75 miles down for month and 8.25 miles to go. My plan for today is a 3 mile Leslie walk and 4 miles on the treadmill at the gym tonight. I'm going hard these last few days left! Which will leave me with 1.25 miles to reach my goal for tomorrow.
