I'm back agian! i was doing such a horrible job that i did not log my weight. I lost 0,6 pounds this week have 3 more to go to get back at the weight i was.

I lowered my calories this week because I was maintaining at 1800. New daily goal is 1600, and it's HARD! Sigh...
Down 1.8 pounds this week.
But better yet, I took my measurements today (I do this monthly), and I'm down a total of 4.4 inches this month. I think my lifting heavy is starting to pay off.0 -
