For this month my goals are:
Exercise 1 hour 6x a week 4x swim and 2x walk/run
90% wholefoods and chocolate treats just once a week
Loose 2kg
Well I am a bit late checking in at the end of the month but here is my update anyway...
1) Didn't quire manage to meet my targets this month at least partially due to being slammed at work however I did manage to maintain about 3-4 workouts a week so I am pretty happy with that
2) I'm definitely eating better than I was but I still have a fair way to go to meet this goal and my chocolate consumption was WAY above, oops!
3) I lost 1.5kg since the beginning of the month which is pretty close to my goal so that is all good
Now its just time for upwards and onwards - look out for the March Challenge thread which I am about to create ....right ....now!0
