I have a three month old baby girl and would like to be at my prepregnancy weight. I have lost 6 pounds already and have about 12 more to lose. I end up eating about 1900 calories a day after adding in breastfeeding and daily exercise. It feels like a lot, but I am steadily losing 1 to 2 pounds a week. It feels good to see my weight drop, no matter how gradual it is. Unlike the crash diets I usually do, I feel like I csn maintain this weight loss. I am love adding in the extra 500 calories for bf!
