sore ankles

Have any of you been having sore ankles, of course I have body aches after the workout for a while either that or the next morning, but, one of my ankles for the past few days has stayed in pain, at times it's a dull pain, but then later on in the day it hurts pretty bad, nothing to stop me from walking I still even to the workout with it hurting, but I have a high tolerance for pain, has anyone else had this same pain, it's on the inside of my ankle, from the bottom to about 3 inches up

    A part of my warmup is rolling a can of vegies under each foot. You might try it to loosen up the ankle. Also, be sure to check your form during the anterior side lunges. Jillian warns of not rolling the ankle. :flowerforyou:

    Not knowing how much you weigh.. but assuming you weigh around the same amount as me, you are either doing one of the exercises with bad form OR your body cannot handle the high impact of the cardio
