Hello all! I hope that you will find that by logging your food and exercise daily, you are more inclined to make healthy choices and feel some accountability and responsibility about your eating habits. This group is NOT designed to detract from our weekly Bible study and replace your time in His word. Rather, if you are like me, you wish our Wednesday night meetings could last longer and sometimes need a little "human" encouragement to get through the week, day, or even hour. While learning to rely on God to fulfill our deepest desires and cravings, let this be a safe place to share any challenges, praises, and of course, support for our sisters in Christ.

My name is Christy and I am a special education teacher, a wife, and the mother of two girls. My husband's name is Zahir. My daughters are: Gracie, 12 and Kenza, 2. I live in Selma and attend TBC regularly. I teach the Puggles AWANA class on Sunday nights. I love to read, especially Christian romance, and spend time with my family.
