If you are a MO cyclist, please read this article and contact MO Rep. Rick Brattin's office to let him know how STUPID this proposed bill is! We pay taxes, we deserve to be on the roads, too! And with MO having one of the highest obesity rates in the nation, why make it harder for people to be physically active who are actually trying?!
