Official Week 4 end weigh-in! (Up to Mon Feb 4th)

I lost 2.2 pounds this week. Should be more since on Friday I was a t a 4.4 pound loss. Seems like every Monday it goes up. So I'm changing my official weigh on day to Fridays!!0

no loss, no gain..but no loss at all since this challenge started...
took measurements (which i do about once a month) no change there either..
keep telling myself i will NOT get discouraged....
obviously want/need to lose more but i know me, once i get discouraged i will gain what i had worked hard to lose already.
but its hard ..
after losing the 40+lbs and then plateauing i have:
1-joined MFP in novmeber thinking that will help ...
2-joined this challenge in janauray thinking that will help
and now i just 3- started the C25K challenge thinking that will help......(just finished week 1)
so far still same weight (up and down the same 3 lbs) as i was before doing all these things..0 -
down 11 pounds total! woo hoo!

Im a little disappointed because i gained 1.5 pounds back. However, i had to stop running due to complications from my foot surgery. I will be getting special braces for my ankles next week and will be able to resume working out so i am keeping my head up, focusing on good food this week, and pumping myself up for some killer workouts next week!0

I've only lost 0.6 this week. I feel like I'm getting stuck. I'm going to make it through this though!

It feels like I'm losing so slowly. It could be because I'm gaining muscle but it doesn't feel like it. Kinda discouraged because I feel like I'm doing so much work and my stomach still looks like it consumed a large jello monster.0 -

I lost a pound and was really excited about it lol. My face is starting to slim down its crazy what just a few pounds will do to the face wow.0

Went to the doctor today and step on his fancy scale and he said I have dropped 9.2 lbs in three weeks and gained 2.3 ponds of muscle in two weeks. So the hard work and consistency is paying off. Funny my scale at home has me weighing the same as last week.0

Start taking pictures once a month so you can physically see the changes. We don't see the day to day changes, but when you compare pictures from one month to the next you can see the changes that the scale and the everday eye doesn't. Don't give up!!0 -
I don't understand what happen this week ate the same, but gained a pound. I started weight training this week , can that be a factor?
Yes! From what I have read from the more experienced users, when you start working with weights your body retains water to help with the repair and healing of those muscles. Give it some time and you will see results.0 -
